A 100-foot-long Komodo Dragon created entirely with 3-D computer graphics appears in more than 100 shots in the film. There were many complicated multi-layer 3-D tracking shots, as well as interaction with the characters and various objects. An “Excerpts Reel” (running time approx. 4:30) which includes many shots from the film, as well as “making of” sequences, can be downloaded below.
